What is the Pre-Teaching Period?
Stirling Schools define a pre-teaching time as an instructional orientation for its returning students which usually takes two weeks. Teachers recap the highlights of their subjects and mentally prepare students for the new term. The main goal is to review the critical points for each subject prior to the beginning of the new academic year curriculum to minimize the negative impact of the long-term holiday.
How do Schools inform their parents?
Schools usually notify the parents and students through the Student Information System as well via different communication channels. Also, Subject Departments prepare a comprehensive weekly plan and communicate it with the parents and students.
